Question 1

How does the £10/month pricing work? Will the price go up later?

Accepted Answer

You pay £10 a month flat. Your £10 rate and 0% booking commission are price-locked for life for as long as your studio account stays active. There are no setup fees or add-ons. If you take card payments, Stripe charges its standard fee (1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards) directly, with nothing added by Slotty. Email reminders are included. WhatsApp reminders are coming soon.

Question 2

Do my clients have to download an app or create an account?

Accepted Answer

No. You share your link on Instagram, WhatsApp or by text. Clients tap it, pick a time, enter their name and phone number, and confirm. It takes under 30 seconds.

Question 3

Does it support group classes (yoga/pilates) and 1:1 appointments (barbers)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Solo barbers, stylists, and tattooists use 1:1 availability with automatic collision protection. Yoga, pilates, and fitness trainers can schedule group class rosters with maximum attendee caps and automated waitlist queueing.

Question 4

Do you support multi-chair barbershops or collectives where barbers rent chairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A shop gets one shared booking page (slotty.uk/your-shop) where clients pick their barber. The shop owner pays one £10 a month, and chairs join free with an invite link. Each chair chooses how clients pay: cash or in person, the shop's Stripe, or their own Stripe.
